The first Machinima Europe Awards were staged during the 2007 festival, in recognition of exceptional talent in this creative new media.
More than 150 films were submitted from all over the world and judged by a panel of
academics, film-makers and industry experts, which included Sleepydog CEO, Toby Moores.

Best Story: Snow Witch by Britannica Dreams (UK/Canada).
Best Technical Achievement: Machinima Island(Episode 1) by Ricard Gras, La-Interactiva(UK).
